Block-Out Resin is a light-curing mathacrylate-based utility resin, designed for laboratory use such as for bleaching reserviors on plaster model.

How to Use

1. Pour impression with fast-set plaster or dental stone.

2. For reservoir spaces, apply Block-out Resin approximately 0.5mm thick onto the labial surfaces. Stay about 1.5mm from gingival line. Do not extend ont incisal edges or occlusal surfaces.

3. With vacuum former, heat tray material.

4. Adapt plastic over mold. Cool and remove model.

5. Precisely trim the tray.

6. Return tray to model and check tray extensions.

7. Flame polish edges one quadrant at a time.

8. Trim and finish.
